Formed as a joint venture between IGIS Asset Management, Korea’s largest real estate asset manager, and lifestyle developer Neovalue, IGIS Neovalue brought together IGIS Asset Management’s investment expertise and Neovalue’s strength in spatial planning and operations to drive innovative real estate development.

IGIS[X] continues its mission to create spaces that transcend traditional development. We focus on user experience and lasting value. With a global outlook, we analyze market trends, conduct strategic research, and implement innovative solutions to redefine real estate. As we expand beyond Korea, we are strengthening our global presence. We drive sustainable growth and shape the future of asset management.
