Innovation For The Future

In November 2024, IGIS[X] was rebranded from IGIS Neovalue, marking the beginning of a new phase of strategic expansion. Formed as a joint venture between IGIS Asset Management, Korea’s largest real estate asset manager, and lifestyle developer Neovalue, IGIS Neovalue brought together IGIS Asset Management’s investment expertise and Neovalue’s strength in spatial planning and operations to drive innovative real estate development.
